Episode 12: Best is at the End

Hi everybody! It’s Sunday, so that means a new episode of Kindle Women. Kristy & I discuss some little nuggets of news in the eReader world & how cheese is not sentient. Then I go on a tirade about the iPad & all the eReader apps & how I can’t understand modern packaging. Finally, Kristy reminds us all that Memorial Day is a time for honoring our fallen Service Members.

Our next book up for discussion is Soulless by Gail Carriger . Download, read, & send your questions to kindlewomen [at] gmail [dot] com. As always, address all hate mail attention Kristy. She could use the laugh! ;D

Bonnie’s Note: After the show, I looked up the performance I talked about. I was mistaken; it’s the U.S. Army Chorus performing the Battle Hymn of the Republic for the arrival of Pope Benedict XVI to the White House April 16, 2008. If you’re interested in watching, you can find it on YouTube CLICK HERE. I’ve also put it at the end of the show, just you can’t help but listen. It’s sampled, so I admit the quality is bad. I couldn’t find it any other way. Thanks to CNN for not claiming copyright & forcing YouTube to take this down before I could get my grubby hands on it.
